Arts
We prioritize that our students understand and participate in our faith’s rich tradition of visual art, music, and theater as a part of the great conversation of western culture and the global Church.
Houston is a city rich in the arts, and students at Saint Constantine are given opportunities to experience what the city has to offer through trips to the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston Grand Opera, The Alley Theater, The Houston Symphony, and much more.
On campus, students also have the ability to participate in the College & Faculty Choir, which performs for special events and all concerts in collaboration with The Saint Constantine School. Those with an interest in theatrical arts are also provided with opportunities to design and build semester shows at The Saint Constantine School, working alongside theater professionals in our on-campus black box theater.
Recent Performances by the College & Faculty Choir:
- "Days of Beauty" (Spring Concert, 2023)
- "Mother of God" by John Tavener (Christmas 2022)
- "The National Anthem" (with TSCS Students, shown at an Astros game in September, 2021)
